My spring break came to a sudden halt; however, I realized at the same time that I will be finished with my freshmen year of college in a little more than a month. It is really unbelievable how quickly time has gone this year, or any year for that matter. I think I so often wish time away, hoping something interesting will happen to me while I sit and watch tv, but the truth is nothing’s gonna happen unless I make it happen. Thank you Donald Miller. I realize I need to be be intentional with everything I do. I always have thoughts of really cool things I could be doing however there’s always some kind of intangible barrier keeping me from doing it. So many times I find my self wondering where the time as gone as I sit and wait for something big to happen to me. I always hope that the next few months, or however long it happens to be when something interesting will happen in my life again, will fly by. I never think about the time that I’m wasting wanting it to fly by, rather than using it to do something constructive.
