crash boom bang
My spring break came to a sudden halt; however, I realized at the same time that I will be finished with my freshmen year of college in a little more than a month. It is really unbelievable how quickly time has gone this year, or any year for that matter. I think I so often wish time away, hoping something interesting will happen to me while I sit and watch tv, but the truth is nothing’s...
So it’s spring break thank goodness! I was really needing a break. A little recharge action couldn’t hurt. I did really well on my midterms which makes this break all the sweeter. Reading A Million Miles in a Thousand Years really inspires me to spice up the story I’m living a bit so I’m gonna be working on that in the coming months.
Hectic couple weeks at school.. Hopefully I’m suffering in a God honoring way. I’m trying to keep up with my reading for protege and school. I am really looking forward to spring break which will be dedicated to r & r (reading and rehabilitation).

The adventures of the Proteges continued this week with a field trip to the YMCA where we visited the head of the Kokomo Y and fellow Oakbrooker Dave Dubois who gave us a history lesson as well as numerous life lessons and business strategies that he has experienced throughout his life. Breakthroughs
I’ve had a few breakthroughs this week!:
1. If I take the time to get organized and prioritize life is way easier
2. I can do things that I didn’t think I could do if I do Lamaze-like breathing, relax, and say a prayer.
3. I need to think things through more thoroughly.
